Ultimate™
ORF Clones New!
Full-insert sequenced human and mouse open reading frames (ORFs) in a
Gateway® entry vector offering the highest utility for your
downstream analysis needs.
GeneStorm® Clones
GeneStorm® Clones are human ORFs cloned and tested for expression in a mammalian, insect,
or bacterial expression system. They are sequenced for identity and classification and are not
guaranteed at the nucleotide level.
Full-Length Clones
An unparalleled repository of clones enriched for full-length
inserts, derived from both public and proprietary sources.
EST Clones
A repository of millions of 5' or 3' end-sequenced clones.
BAC/PAC Clones
Invitrogen offers several genomic libraries from a selection of tissues and sources to facilitate your research and discovery. These collections are available in a variety of formats including clones, plates, pools and high-density colony membrane filters.
Yeast Deletions
Each yeast deletion represents a unique gene-knockout of the S. cerevisiae genome. Each open reading frame is knocked out using a PCR-based gene deletion strategy. Yeast deletions are available as clones, pools, plates and complete collections.
Yeast GFP Clones
The Yeast GFP Clone Collection of S. cerevisiae tagged open reading frames were generated by Dr. Erin O'Shea and Dr. Jonathan Weissman at University of California-San Francisco. The GFP fusion proteins are integrated into the yeast chromosome through homologous recombination and are expressed using endogenous promoters.

Disclaimer: Invitrogen is a distributor of MGC Full-Length Clones, I.M.A.G.E. cDNA Clones, BAC/PAC Clones, Yeast Deletion Clones, and Yeast GFP Clones. These clone collections were generated by groups outside of Invitrogen. The quality of the collections is largely dependent upon what was received by these groups. Specific clone information and plate coordinates originated from the suppliers of these clone collections and have not been confirmed by Invitrogen. Invitrogen has instituted quality procedures to ensure that clones are picked from the identified well in a plate, grown on the correct antibiotic, and do not have phage contamination. Due to the quality of the information provided to Invitrogen, the clone you receive might not match the expected clone. If this occurs, please contact Technical Support.
Please note the Ultimate™ ORF Collection was generated by Invitrogen and all data associated with these clones has been verified by Invitrogen prior to release for sale. Invitrogen fully guarantees each Ultimate™ ORF Clone to match the accession number associated with the clone ID.
